Agn88 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Terms
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the agn88 platform. Please read them carefully before using any of our services. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms stated herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the agn88 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must cease using the platform immediately.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and agn88 as the platform operator. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time by providing reasonable notice to registered users via email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
The agn88 platform is intended solely for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you have reached the required age and are legally eligible to use the services offered under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is only permitted to hold one registered account on the agn88 platform. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without any refund. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
You are solely responsible for the security of your account login information, including your password and verification details. agn88 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access caused by a user's failure to keep their account credentials confidential.

- Never share your login credentials with anyone.
- Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Identity verification may be required for security purposes or when processing withdrawals.
Agn88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to ensure the accuracy of user information and to comply with anti-money laundering requirements.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users of the agn88 platform agree to use it solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. Any attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities, use automated software (bots), or modify platform functionality is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the agn88 platform:
- Using false information or another person's identity during registration or transactions.
- Launching cyberattacks, hacking attempts, or any form of technical interference against the platform.
- Sharing, reselling, or transferring your account to another party.
- Using the platform for money laundering or financing illegal activities.
- Posting content that is offensive, threatening or unlawful through the platform.
- Engaging in any form of fraud related to betting or gaming.
Any violation of these rules will result in immediate account suspension or closure without prior notice, and agn88 reserves the right to withhold any funds in the relevant account pending the outcome of an investigation.
4. Payment Information & Transactions
All transactions on the agn88 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Accepted payment methods include FPX (direct bank transfer), Touch 'n Go eWallet, and other supported local Malaysian e-wallets. agn88 does not accept payments in foreign currencies directly.
Deposits are typically processed within minutes of confirmation. For withdrawals, users must ensure their bank account or e-wallet has been verified within the agn88 system before submitting their first request. Withdrawal processing times range from one to three business days, depending on the chosen method.
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply to each payment method.
- Agn88 is not liable for delays caused by banks or third-party payment service providers.
- All transactions are subject to automated security checks, which may require additional processing time.
- Refunds on deposits already used in gameplay will not be processed, except in cases involving verified technical errors.
Any transaction disputes must be reported to the agn88 support team within 30 days of the transaction date. Disputes reported after this period may not be resolvable.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Account Policy
Limitation of Liability
Agn88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including losses due to service disruptions, technical errors, or inaccurate content. agn88's total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount deposited within the 30 days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, software code and materials displayed on the agn88 platform are the exclusive property of agn88 or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, modify or use any of this content without prior written permission from agn88.
Account Suspension & Closure
Agn88 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any threat to the security of the platform. Users whose accounts are closed due to fraud forfeit any right to reclaim funds involved. For closures arising from other reasons, refunds will be processed in accordance with agn88's prevailing policy.
Third-Party Links & Governing Law
The agn88 platform may contain links to third-party websites. agn88 is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be referred to the appropriate Malaysian courts.
6. Changes to Terms & Contact Us
Agn88 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time in response to operational requirements, legal changes, or platform improvements. Notice of significant changes will be sent to your registered email or prominently displayed on the platform at least seven days before the changes take effect.
It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. The date of the most recent update will be displayed at the top of this document. Continued use of the platform after any amendment comes into effect will be deemed full acceptance of the updated terms.
